Fahd has played a pivotal role in Fatima Group’s international ventures, particularly in the United States, where he has been instrumental in a major nitrogen project and the ongoing green ammonia initiative. Since 2014, he has been a key member of the leadership team driving these projects, underscoring his commitment to enhancing the group’s global presence.
As the CEO of Osol, Fahd applies his deep industry expertise to the IT services sector, aiming to establish Osol as a global innovator. Amer Khan brings a wealth of experience and expertise spanning over thirty years in establishing technology startups, managing technology enterprises, leadership and team management globally. With his proven track record in sales and marketing he has been able to close multi-million dollar contracts across various sectors, notably multi-governments digital transformation contracts under world bank across Africa and Middle East.
Amer has worked for blue-chip technology corporations like IBM, Oracle, Microsoft, and several regional system integrators in the Middle East. His last position was with Oracle corporation where he was the Senior Sales Director and Head of Cloud Platform Group.
Amer has a proven track record of delivering success throughout his career, and has demonstrated exceptional skills and expertise. He holds a Masters degree in Marketing and Management with a Bachelors in Economics.
Daniel brings a thirty plus year track record in enterprise sales and solving business problems with technology in industry-leading companies globally. As an Enterprise Sales Leader, Daniel helped establish as well as startup product and IT services companies generating new business, growing revenue, and manage key accounts in the Banking and Financial Services Industry (BFSI). Daniel’s extensive business, technical, and delivery expertise in BFSI allow him to establish trusted relationships, having personally experienced the risks, challenges, and successes of delivering technology initiatives. These experiences have given Daniel a C-level perspective on modernization challenges, vendor software sales, and software service delivery.
As a member of Osol’s leadership team, Daniel contributes broad industry, market, and customer perspectives to Business Development and Go-To-Market strategies, shaped by his prior worldwide sales leadership roles at IBM, Sterling Commerce, and a successful technology startup. Throughout his career, he has been consistently closing large, complex deals with industry-leading global brands. Daniel holds a Bachelors degree in Computer Systems from USA.
With over two decades of expertise in sales, strategy formulation, and team development, Nabeel Arif brings a wealth of experience. He is an enterprising and customer-focused sales leader with a natural ability to build new businesses and forge loyalty with clients, vendors, and external business partners. In one of his previous roles, he directed regional sales initiatives targeting and penetrating the complete North East and Canada region addressing the Manufacturing and Retail sectors. He has also led and directed Sales and Partnership initiatives related to Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Informatica, and Managed Services to clients in the East, Midwest, and clients across the US.
Nabeel holds a Bachelors degree in Information Technology. Having held key positions in sales, particularly in enterprise commercial applications in retail and manufacturing, Nabeel collaborates closely with Osol's leadership, offering invaluable strategic direction. Outside work, he cherishes spending quality time with his two sons.
